Can I use my insurance at your office?
As a service to our patients, our practice files to MOST dental insurance programs. We are also in-network providers with Delta Dental and Superior Dental Care.
Our office staff will prepare all the necessary forms for your dental benefits and file them on your behalf. However, we remind you that your specific policy is an agreement between you and your insurance company. Please keep in mind that you are responsible for your total obligation should your insurance benefits result in less coverage than anticipated. We will gladly submit a pre-treatment estimate to your insurance company so that you will know what your benefits will be upon request. Your estimated patient portion will be due on the date of service.
Please bring your insurance information with you to each visit. If you have had an insurance change or are anticipating a change in coverage please let us know.
We are NOT currently accepting any Medicaid patients.
What if I do not have insurance?
No insurance? No problem! We have lots of patients who do not have dental insurance. We accept: CASH, CHECK, DEBIT, CREDIT, HSA and FSA cards.
